praying mantis painting sneak peek!

Here are some progress shots of my latest piece. Almost everything about this is new or at least not that familiar for me. I'm using acrylics on masonite and I attempted something of an underpainting... I like the second stage better than the first, there's more depth, now I have to figure out how to get it back! fun fun fun
