Just go play with some paint...

I don't know a single artist who likes their own work. I also think that's a pretty well known fact, no surprises there. But if you stop to really consider it it can be encouraging. Think of the work you do like, know that whoever did it is mentally ripping it up while you're simply enjoying it. This is not because they're more skilled than you and can see glaring errors where you can't... you have eyes... you know what looks good even if you're not able to portray it as well as YOU think you should. Now flip that scenario... While you are mentally ripping your work apart others are simply enjoying it (maybe even the artists you admire). Others don't know what mental image you had for your work when you started all they know is what it looks like... and guaranteed they like it more than you :) Kinda puts us all on a more even playing field don't you think? So lighten up.. and just play with paint :)
